Change Your Story, Change Your Life!

I let go of limitations and recognize the true beauty of my being
— Louise Hay

Doing the work as a Heal Your Life Teacher and Coach, I find the work very fulfilling and it inspires me to keep being aware of my own life and the inner work I do on a continuous basis. Life is not static, and situations and experiences can occur that create opportunities which might uncover something you thought you were past or it might reveal there is more let go of and of course there is always more to discover! These discoveries can be so positive, for example you might discover you love to paint or draw or create in some other way, you might discover you are a very CREATIVE person!.

I recently realized that my story has changed, and I have changed. I have accomplished these changes by being willing to change, I am willing to evolve and let my story unfold. I had been willing to let go of old stories I was telling myself that did keep me feeling low and feeling so stuck! This is what the Heal Your Life Coaching and Workshops have helped me and others to do.

For example, are you aware of any limiting beliefs that might be holding you back or keeping you feeling stuck? Are they your own or from someone else, or from past experiences or cultural, or familial stories that you are interested in letting go of? Do you agree with them anymore? Maybe you have healed many aspects of your life and have accomplished a lot on your path, yet you continue to be hard on yourself or others.

Making this commitment to self-love and transformation is personal, yet when we find come commonalities in being vulnerable and sharing parts of our story with others, we can find the strength and courage to keep moving forward. We influence one another through our vulnerability and through collective change. Yes, the story can change that we tell, one can learn to keep the best parts of ourselves and our story and really let go of what does not serve us anymore or fit with who we are today or does not fit the vision you have for your future self!

So this begs the question; if you were willing to let go of a piece of your story, or turn the page, or write a new chapter in your life, what would you fill the space with? What do you desire or dream that you have not done or accomplished yet, what whispers do you hear or what vibrations do you feel from your own intuition that is calling you to want to change or create more of in your life?

Today I embrace and end with,

Without my past, mistakes, and all, I would not be here today. I love myself for my willingness to learn and grow.
